How I build
Three opinions, not a checklist.
Prototype on day three, not Figma on day thirty
Real feedback kills bad ideas faster than any spec. I save the expensive decisions for when I actually know something.
Users feel it before they can name it
Time-to-interactive is a design spec, not a post-launch concern. I pay attention to bundle budgets, render paths, and where the work actually runs (CDN, server, or client).
I ship with an agent in the loop
Every feature runs through an agent-assisted workflow: planning, drafting, reviewing, handling the parts it's better at. The gap between devs who treat it as a gimmick and devs who've folded it into their shipping loop is already huge.

Music licensing SaaS: tiered subscriptions, streaming demo library, signed-URL audio delivery from R2, and a per-track license contract flow. Deployed as two Cloudflare Workers (frontend + Hono API), with Stripe billing and Better Auth.

Product engineer
- Lead frontend for the Kinnovis Manager, a CRM used by 100+ self-storage operators. Own product features from discovery, UX/UI, and technical concept through implementation, release, and long-term maintenance.
- Currently responsible for the CRM redesign after the company lost dedicated design capacity: new UI patterns, clearer operator workflows, and usable interfaces for complex product requirements.
- Drive engineering quality and pragmatic developer workflows through release automation, package maintenance, library decisions, better local setups, and recurring process improvements.
- AI champion inside the engineering team: introducing senior developers to AI-assisted workflows, agents, custom skills, tooling patterns, and practical day-to-day usage.
- Worked close to the full stack on the booking portal, the Jane AI integration layer, and a Python bin-packing service for unit-size recommendations in a NestJS architecture.
