This privacy policy explains how Julian Jozić ('I', 'me') handles your personal data when you use this website. The site has no analytics, no tracking and no third-party content.

Hosting & server logs
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. To deliver the pages and protect them against attacks, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical request data (browser, operating system, time of access, page requested). This is based on my legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which covers the transfer of this data to the USA (Art. 45 GDPR).
Fonts
All web fonts are hosted on this server. No connection to Google or any other font provider is made.
Cookies
A single cookie, 'locale', remembers the language you picked with the link at the bottom of the page, so the site doesn't redirect you again. It is only set when you switch the language yourself, is kept for one year and contains no personal data.
Local storage
The Tri Peaks game keeps your current run, your ten best scores and your sound settings in your browser's local storage. Session storage also notes that the signature on the home page has been drawn, so it only plays once per visit, and is cleared when you close the tab. None of this leaves your device, and clearing the site data removes it.
Legal basis for cookies and storage
The cookie and the browser storage only serve features you use yourself (your language choice, the game, the animation) and are strictly necessary for them, so no consent is needed (§ 165 (3) TKG 2021).
Email
If you write to me, I use your email address and message only to reply and, where it leads to a project, to carry it out. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for anything about a project or contract, otherwise my legitimate interest in answering (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). I keep the correspondence as long as needed for that, and business correspondence for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact me at jjozic98@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Wien, www.dsb.gv.at.
