Hosting & Server Logs
This website is hosted by an external service provider. The IP address and other technical data (browser, OS, time of access) are automatically processed by the host in log files to ensure security and stability. This is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data Collected
This website uses privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics (Umami) to understand overall traffic. The AI chat feature processes the messages you send to provide responses. Messages are not stored on my servers after your session ends.
Analytics (Umami)
For website analytics, this site loads Umami via https://cloud.umami.is. Umami processes technical usage data (e.g., page URL, referrer, and basic device/browser information) to produce aggregated statistics. Do Not Track is respected.
Local Google Fonts
This site uses so-called Web Fonts for uniform font representation. The Google Fonts are installed locally. No connection to Google servers is made. No data is passed to Google.
Third-Party Processing (Google AI & Calendly)
When you use the AI chat, your messages are sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. When you use the booking widget, Calendly processes your booking data to manage appointments. These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies and servers may be located outside the EU.
Legal Basis
The legal basis for processing your data through the AI chat is your explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You provide this consent by clicking 'I Agree' before using the chat.
